Notes	MRS. OXLEY DIES Funeral services for Mrs. Laura O. Oxley, 77, who died Saturday at her home, 59 Balm street, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in charge of the Rev. Oscar F. R. Treder, rector of the church. Mrs. Oxley is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Theodore G. Parker, Boothwyn, and Miss Helena Oxley, a teacher in the Harrisburg Public Schools; three sons, the Rev. E. H. Oxley, Cincinnati; Reginald Oxley and G. L. Oxley, both of this city. She was born in Bridgetown, Barbadoes, British West Indies, September 29, 1854. She came to the United States in December, 1918, and lived with her son, the late Dr. James E. T. Oxley, for a short time before moving with her daughter, Miss Helena Oxley.
